Glue picture frames together without the backs, stick a candle behind it (preferably flame-less) and it'll illuminate the pictures!

Here’s another idea: take a strand of vintage style lights and string them criss-cross throughout the space. Print out your favorite photos and use a clothespin to hold them in place.
