I am honestly in awe of how brave she is and I have so much respect for her decision. She appeared alongside husband Brad Pitt at the premiere of his new million dollar movie ‘World War Z’ in a gorgeous floorlength black Saint Laurent gown, complete with sheer bodice and open back details, she teamed with minimal make-up and accessories. She then appeared today at the premiere for the same movie in Paris also wearing a black Saint Laurent trouser suit.
