Sometimes a simple selfie will do. I’ve come out of the bipolar depression phase and now it’s into mania! do I look manic? Cause I’m manic AF right now. It means I can get a lot of sh!t done though. Have you tried @auntjackiescurlsandcoils flaxseed recipes or other products? Before leaving the US in November I’d been homemade flaxseed gel on my hair post-wash (for a bout 4 months) and my hair loved it. I picked this up here at a surprisingly large beauty supply store on the west coast that had eh-vuh-ry-thang!

My #locs are currently in a very dry and neglected state so I picked up this Intensive Repair Conditioning Masque to see if it can bring my hair back to life a lil bit until I can get to a stylist. I’ve already tried it once but I won’t make any declarations about its effectiveness just yet because the way my hair is currently set up??! I’m gonna need to use this on a regular and consistent basis before I can say anything for sure.

Let me know … Have you tried this? What were your results?
