August 1969 - Eric Clapton and Alice Ormsby Gore are pictured in Olvera Street in Los Angeles.
Two of my favorite artists on stage together, honoring another of the greats. Sigh.

(Also I’m a bit creeped out about that young guy playing with them, who is most definitely related to George Harrison. For a second I thought he came back from the dead!)
In memory of Billy Preston on the anniversary of his passing June 6, 2006. Billy was one of the greatest keyboardists of his generation.
