i think one of the reasons why Sodachi/Tsubasa works so well as a ship for me is that they’re both broken and damaged people, but they’re broken in complementary ways where they would be able to help each other through their issues. Tsubasa can’t let herself be seen as someone important and is constantly downplaying herself (“I don’t know everything. I just know what I know”), while Sodachi is outright self-hating and struggles to find peace with herself despite a lucidity of her issuss. Sodachi needs someone to come in and support her, while Tsubasa needs someone who won’t balk when she tries to downplay herself. they’re both deeply mentally ill which isn’t something that can be dealt with on one’s own. and that’s why they should kiss
