Don’t ignore your migraines: It has been studied that untreated migraines can ultimately cause strokelike lesions in the brain. So don’t let those migraines hanging around. Get them checked.
Not knowing your Vitamin D level: Try requesting doing a blood test once in a while to see if your levels are at the correct level otherwise one may feel very fatigued or have pain, bone or muscle weaknesses.
Putting off regular exercise: Being sedentary can set you up for mood swings, breast cancer and many other diseases so pick a workout that you like and apply yourself to it with the help of little achievement goals.
Doing the weekend catch-up sleep: it simply does not work! Trying to compensate for a sleep-deprived week can throw off things more than anything else. It will disrupt your whole cycle and you will get “social jet-lag”. So my best advice for you is to just stick to your schedule 7 days a week and you will be fine.
