Ok, so I’ve been lube shamed! I love AstroglideX, it’s silicone based & doesn’t get sticky plus it lasts! Some people think me having or using lube means I can’t get wet on my own, not true. Most nagyon rákívántam egy “retro” óriaskiflis, beledugós virslis hotdog-ra, nagy pohar jaffával…
Létezik még olyan? Én évtizedek óta nem láttam.
Ipari és házi hot-dog készítő készülékek (1-4 db kiflilukasztóval) mind a mai napig kaphatók 10K-200K forint közötti áron (néhánynál kiegészítővel lehet főzni tojást, meg kukoricát is), amikhez a nagy- és kisker büféellátóknál is folyamatosan van alapanyag, szóval tuti vannak még kajáldák, amik a klasszikus hotdogot árulják. Igaz, hogy egyre inkább a francia / pannini “kifli” van sok helyen, akár a készre főzött virslivel komplettre összeállított változatok formájában. Gondolom ez utóbbiak terjedtek el a benzinkutak saját büféiben is (majd lecsekkolom és megkóstolom, amint lesz újra jogsim), ahol csak bedobják a mikróba vagy pannini/kontakt grillbe és 1 perc alatt kész koszolás, meg molyolás (főzés, lukasztás, melegentartás, szószozás) nélkül. Sajnos, még nem találtam ki*, hogy mivel tudnék házilag bagettet lukasztani (mondjuk M12-M16-os menetesszárakkal), mert akkor mikróban melegítve és a szintén ott finoman megfőzött/megsütött vékony virslikkel (füstli és utánzatai) nagyon jó hotdogot tudnék eszkábálni. :)
* Eddig az egybe “öntött”, fémnyelű húsklopfoló tűnik a legközelebbi megoldásnak.
