One of the downsides of having my Herschel Cove setting for Mermay is I’m frequently reluctant to come up with new Mermaids. Today’s prompt, ghostly, was one of those times. Whether one of these new mermaids fits my continuity depends on how much I like the concept. So for this one, I decided that the nearby kelp forest is haunted because why wouldn’t it be?
