You can cut off toxic friends; you can move to a new place; you can meet new people; discover emerging artist and support them; change your style; run around town with people you love, creating memories; you could learn new skills to apply for the job you want; you could binge-watch a tv show and connect with a fandom; literally anything and you can be happy

Rather it’s those who are battling some type of mental health issue to those who are trying to I am also witnessing increasing rates of those who are suffering in silence. Let’s have this conversation, I want to talk about your personal experiences with mental health related issues, be it someone yourself or simply just someone you know. Let’s talk! {DM me, email me, drop me a comment}
