One of my favourite things about Snape is that he hates people openly and takes every opportunity to be downright nasty to them, but he also puts his own life at risk to save those exact same people in a heartbeat.
I like how Go’s awkward behavior with people could also be seen as the cause of his issues with teamwork, he was a lonely child who didn’t understand himself, had zero friends, seemingly felt slighted by the few people he did befriend so far, and on top of it has his own issues with Shigeru’s ways at times. He really did “feel” like a MC/protagonists here actually even if he did lose in-comparison to his mates, him getting less in the end versus his rivals did seem like a “one-step ahead” thing was in place. My favorite scene was Shigeru (he felt seasoned and shittalking without feeling “regressed”) snarking at him and Tokio also calling him out on his issues and him just looking down with that sour face of insecurity he often had in earlier episodes or Shigeru’s first episode.
says he lives in the storage room of the junk shop, but he does actually have a bedroom. he just uses it very rarely (and forgets he’s in a bed until he falls out the rare times he does use it).
reason he sticks around with maeve? he made a bad career move, tried to trap her in a contract, did not trap her in a contract, wound up trapped himself, and now just lives in her house, bc at this point he’s been there for years it’s fun.
obsessively drinks milk. like when he’s not drinking alcohol to deal with the fact he’s surrounded by idiots who fail to realize there’s a spirit in their midst, he’s drinking milk.
is absolutely fucking tiny comparatively. like he does not breach 5 feet. a child (cande) is taller than him.
causes problems on purpose. sometimes. like yeah he could just sit around and wait for funny shit to happen, but it’s so much better to know when stuffs gonna happen so he can be an appropriate distance away to just laugh at it.
