I’m sorry, I’m still hung up on the fact that they’re NOT PAID UNTIL THE CABIN DOOR IS SHUT EVEN THOUGH THEY’RE

- on site

- IN THE PLANE, HELPING CUSTOMERS

- PERFORMING POTENTIALLY INJURIOUS ACTIONS TO HELP CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WOULDN’T OTHERWISE BE DOING IF THEY WEREN’T WORKING

Airlines should be legally required to pay flight attendants for all the hours the work, which (correct me if I’m wrong) should mean from when they arrive at the gate to when they hand the plane over to the next crew or to the cleaning staff or whoever. Part of why they aren’t is to cheat on FAA rules about rest periods.

Also.

Treat flight attendants with absolute respect. Many years ago, I was flying from DC to Chicago. This was years ago, and they didn’t have all the radar systems they do now. The plane hit a huge unexpected air pocket and dropped like a stone.

Right at the moment the poor flight attendant was pouring me a glass of coca cola. (It couldn’t have been water, nope). Needless to say, the coke went all over me.

She was embarrassed…but she was also scared. She was afraid I was going to complain and get her into trouble.

I told her not to worry about it several times, it wasn’t her fault. I didn’t complain. There was nothing the poor woman could do about it, but I’m betting plenty of people would have given her hell.

Flight attendants are not waiters in the sky.

They have to be qualified to administer CPR and other first aid.
They have to be able to stay calm when other people are losing their shit.

They’re responsible for making sure that the first aid kit is restocked if any of it is used.

They may have to evacuate the plane.

They have to deal with it if somebody is rowdy or drunk. They have to deal with it if somebody has a massive seizure, or a stroke, or a heart attack. Heck, sometimes people die on planes and the flight attendants have to deal with that.

Oh, and if they work international flights they might have to do all of this in more than one language.

AND they have to be waiters.

It’s a challenging job that requires physical stamina, the ability to deal with irregular sleep schedules…and they have to look like it’s all nothing, all the time.

Respect flight attendants. They do a lot more than people realize.

They should be paid from when they enter the airport. They have to spend how ever long going through security, and passengers will flag down attendents in the terminal if they have a question, so like…..

And as Quickly as They Came, They Were Gone

Apr. 28, 2022

Once again, the frenzy of travel was over and there were almost no flyers at all today, plus clear skies. It really changes from one day to the next. It’s not that the trails don’t stick, it’s that they stop flying altogether.

Exceptional DOR Day

Apr. 27, 2022

This was a day like we don’t see often anymore. Seldom to trails remain in the sky in grid fashion. Something was going on where many of them needed to come through today. Most days recently have been high in OR without many “planes” at all, let alone trails.

Last night there was a freak rain in parts of Southern California. It came out of nowhere and only lasted from about 10pm-12am. It was on the radar all around us but not in the mountains, however they gave us a 63% chance out of nowhere. It was very hard to sleep last night. This is also something that doesn’t happen often anymore, even before rain storms. There was some major DOR push last night like we have not seen in a while.

This evening, it’s clearing up, and even in the afternoon, you can see parts of it starting to clump up. This is the process of transmutation, as OR eventually overtakes the DOR and allows water vapor to be freed from its energetic prison and form into small clouds.

It is noteworthy now when we have a sky like this. This was very common before California became saturated with orgonite, back in 2013 and earlier. However, even with the negative energy apparent in the sky, it was not affecting us here on the ground. Moods were generally unaffected and there were none of the incidents we used to see from humans or animals on days like this.
