#plant babies
I pulled a treat-yo-self and bought honey sticks. Also, my plant babies.
Short story… I use to have this beautiful Bonsai tree!
It was my favorite, and I took real good care of it because it was my plant baby and I LOVEDit!!
Well… One day I had to leave for a while on a trip, and I couldn’t bring it with me. So, I left it with my family to take care of it, showed them everything on what to do—Guess what?
When I came home, it was dying because they didn’t take care of it at all! I was so heartbroken…

Now… Its not the same but I bought a lego Bonsai tree in memory of my deceased one!
(I need to start building right away… )
Behold!! The forbidden noodles! Today was potting and repotting day! I’m broke as hell, so everyone got a variation on mix soil + perlite. Very happy with all my cuttings. I moved into my flat in October and they have a massive caoutchouc plant and monstera bush in the commons, so I helped myself to some cuttings. Grew them in plastic bottles all winter!
One of the monstera grew a whole new leaf already… and they all weathered very limestone heavy water. Good on them. They also had way too much direct sunlight, but that can finally change from now on! \o/
The Caoutchouc plant/rubber fig are also doing super well now despite an achingly slow start. My variegated coleus is super skinny and was close to death after I got it, so hopefully it’ll like the new pot mix.
Prayer plant and polka dot begonia… They also didn’t exactly thrive. It was a nightmare to give them some light without it being direct during the winter, and they got burnt several times. Now they have a nice corner that works and new soil, looking forward to their development.
Not featured, the wandering jew plant I broke 1/3 of while repotting :|
