Curves are shaping up nicely. I am a work of art, changing with time, but changing for the better. .
I found a before pic that I haven’t seen since the beginning of 2018 when it was taken. I was definitely thrown back when I looked at it, and it feels great that baby steps have made a huge difference in my body size and shape.
Yes, both are beautiful and both are sexy, but one was starting to know what happiness was because she had already began her #bodypositive journey.
Haters can suck it, I’m here for myself and my supporters who have been on this journey with me.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I disagree with Miranda Priestly‘s assessment. I think florals for spring CAN be groundbreaking, as long as you do it in a way that feels authentic to you and reflects your style, instead of looking like you’re copping someone else’s. That’s why I love this dress from @diaandco , It allows me to lean in to the classic floral spring vibe, without sacrificing my personal style and the way I like to look at all times!

Today I grabbed some old favorites from my closet to make this 50s pinup inspired/40s glamour workwear look. I even came up with a little formula to help you re-create this look for yourself. All you have to do is. take a classic headband and printed fit-and-flare dress then pair them with a bold lip, a cute pair of sneakers, And top it off with some accessories reflect your personal sale, for example I chose a strand of pearls to really play up that vintage glamour look, but there are a lot of different options that would work just as well depending on the vibe you’re going for.
For an extra sweet and feminine feel add a pretty spring inspired manicure, you can paint it yourself using a range of spring colors or grab a gorgeous set of Olive and June press on nails like mine in faded floral

My elementary school had a pool which meant we had swim class regularly. I LOVED to swim and felt powerful in the water. But to reach that enjoyment first required me to brave the anxiety of walking out to the pool in my swimsuit in front of my peers to the bleachers where we would wait for class to start. I would hurry out, arms folded trailing behind somebody hoping I could hide behind them. I was a chubby kid and felt incredibly insecure and exposed in my suit. I couldn’t wait until we could jump in, where my body would dissolve and all you would visibly see of me was my head popping out above water.
Summer was no different. I loved swimming and going to the beach. It was and still is one of my favorite things to do. But that meant my body being exposed for all of its, for what I saw as, unloveable imperfections. I was often one of the first in the water, and it wasn’t solely because I loved to swim.
I’ve gone through so much transformation since then that now I feel at home in a bikini. The idea of somebody judging me in one has no power over me. As I’ve developed the understanding of being worthy of love as I look now, it has muted the volume of insecurity inside of me. Everybody perceives beauty differently. I am allowed to exist and be seen and heard in this body as much as any other kind of body. I grant this freedom to you. It’s not our bodies stopping us from feeling lovable, it’s the mindset.
