I like Reuben Sandwiches every now and again. They got a weirdly strong flavor that I don’t ordinarily taste that often. Well, this is a tasty dip version! This is very easy to make and only has about five ingredients in it. You could serve this with some small toasted dark rye bread slices or find a rye or wheat cracker to serve it with. It’s good for a game day or any time you wanna eat something crazy delicious.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked corned beef, diced or shredded
  • ¼ cup sauerkraut, squeezed and drained
  • ¼ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup Russian dressing (Or Thousand Island)

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve on small peices of toasted rye bread or rye or wheat crackers. Yummo!
