Y'all remember the cool trick where trap your cat with a circle? It works for snoms too!
It’s been a while since my last update. I was away on a short holiday for 6 days so was unable to play any Ring Fit Adventure.
Anyway I finally managed to make it to World 6. I have lost about 2kg of weight (combined with healthy eating) and have notices some muscles beginning to build up. Although the later moves are more challenging I have a little more strength now I think.
Some progress - Day 10 now. I am starting to find the exercises easier until I hit the Four Masters. Rip. Will keep working hard.
My most intense session yet, which ended up with another completed outfit (I like this one).
Tomorrow will probably be a skipped day as I am playing Badminton for an hour and a half with the boyf.
Hit level 70 after a slightly longer session today. This is on top of me trying to run in the actual real world. I definitely found it physically easier to run to run after I trained with ring fit, but I still get short of breath pretty quick and have to stop. I think its probably my posture.
If anyone has any tips for increasing lung capacity in runs, I am all ears. Otherwise I am going to start the Couch to 5k Program next week and start alternating runs and RFA.
I have had Ring Fit Adventure for just over a month now, but today was only my 19th day of playing. Work keeps me very busy and working late shifts makes it harder to play ring fit, but this week I am determined to play from Monday to Thursday, with a Friday rest day, Badminton Saturday and then more Ring Fit Sunday.
Ring Fit Adventure in my opinion is an excellent way of working out at home, with a fun adventure twist.
I have lost almost 5kg since I got RFA and 9kg since the start of this year. Admittedly I was still in a healthy BMI range, but my diet has improved miles (partially with the support that my boyfriend has provided, partially from just realizing how much junk I used to eat). I have also tried to be more active - running and badminton weekly with the boyf.
It’s all made some difference and Ring fit has been great at toning and increasing my endurance. I guess what I am trying to say is that small steps eventually amount to something and that exercise needs to go hand in hand with good diet.
Sorry for the ramble. Being fit is hard. RIP.
Pyukumuku has been trying out Ring Fit Adventure to stay in shape! It’s pretty difficult…
