From squat everyday
Day 2 and 3
Day 1 in squat everyday.
It was a super good squat workout today . my last set was 140 kg or 308 pounds.
This sunday i will begin , to Squat everyday in 30 days.
Squat !!!!! Is a must in the gym !!!! Do it and yes it is not easy !!! but who want to take the easy way not me and i hobe you go the hard way to !!!
