It’s a bit sad when I consider that one of the kindest things humanity could do for the earth and all the things existing on earth, would be to develop virtual reality to the point that humans no long need to act upon and harm the earth to achieve all of the freedoms, experiences and luxuries we so desperately seek. I picture the Matrix, but instead of the outerworld being dreadfully decayed and infested with mechanical design, it is green and flourishing with life.
Question is, how many resources would be required to devise of , build and power such a matrix? Think it could be possible and sustainable?

Depois de quase um ano de conversas picantes e fotos íntimas trocadas, finalmente minha amada iria conhecer aquele “amigo” virtual: ele estava de passagem pela nossa cidade e mandou o endereço do hotel onde estava hospedado. Tonight at 6pm! I was going to show @brigidwatson ’s drawing in the shop this month but clearly the universe had other intentions so we’re going #virtual ! At 6pm in Stories, I’ll be posting images of her powerful and beautiful #drawings while we read some verses of the poems that inspired the drawings. All poetry by French poet @lamber_sav so we’ll read simultaneously in French and English.
Each drawing is 11" x 14" and costs $300. 25% of the proceeds will be donated to our #sowaboston neighbor, @pinestreetinn
