The quiet of the winter night is broken up only by a quiet voice, soft and gentle as if not to scare away a frightened animal. The blood that coats the ground and face of her sire is no longer a surprise. Those nights had long passed. Instead of seeing a monster she just saw a young man, as lost and confused as the night he was embraced.
Max is sort of trapped in time. He will never mentally age past 19 and no matter how adult he acts it will always just be that, an act. Callie, despite being forty years Max’s junior understands that Max needs as much help as you’d give any other young adult. Max is just a very, very, dangerous teenager. What doesn’t help is that he ate a gangrel while he was in the sabbat so his frenzies are rough.

A young Malkavian with moon lit eyes watched over Elysium. Silent and all too interested in the way the kindred moved across the floor and mingled about. His motives were, as always, unknown.
In which Max is lightly creepy and bad at dealing with crowds because they flood his brain too heavily and he has to sit on the stairs above the crowds to clear his head.
