Emily Gould’s first novel, FRIENDSHIP, came out yesterday. To celebrate both the book and the fact that Emily and I have now been friends for more than twenty years (!) I give you this picture of us being twenty and feeling very bohemian. Pretty sure it was taken in Emily’s worst apartment on Rivington Street circa 2002. 

I really think it would be a good idea if you bought the book.

Love the Youngsters … Too many say they are entitled and lazy .. And plenty are, but damn I know 600 hustlers 18-25 off the top of my head.
