Happy Sunday!
I had the immense pleasure yesterday to be part of the baking event with Sorgerbrot, zurueckzumursprung and Hoferat. Those goodies in the picture are just some of the delicious things we made ourselves. I never realized how natural Sorgerbrot still makes their bread and baked goods and was so surprised that they make some of the bread and pastries for Zurueckzumursprung! It’s a label at Hofer that literally means “back to the roots” and focuses on real and local ingredients.
