I’ve been feeling a little defeated lately… Especially when I’m count

I’ve been feeling a little defeated lately… Especially when I’m counting points and exercising and the scale is moving in the wrong direction so I did a before and during photo to remind myself of how far I’ve come.

I still have some weight to lose, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.

Everyone hits bumps along the way, but you just have to push through and keep your eye on your goal!
