HOW DO I LOSE FAT AROUND MY CURRENT LIFESTYLE?

Losing fat requires you to be eating less calories than you need per day/per week over a long period of time by progressively reducing calories slowly from week-to-week and using refeed days/diet breaks when necessary to help retain muscle and promote fat loss so you can achieve a healthy, lean body which is easily sustainable to keep in the long term. This is the best way to do it and the process I take people through as an online nutrition and diet coach. This process can be done by still eating the foods you currently have on a day-to-day basis (depending on what your relationship with food is currently like, how healthy/unhealthy your approach to eating is). You just need to be aware of the calories within the foods you’re eating. I recommend clients to achieve a minimum protein target per day of 0.8g multiplied by their bodyweight, at least 5 portions of fruit/vegetables, and i give them a daily/weekly calorie target. Say for example you’re someone trying to lose weight by eating 1800 calories per day and you enjoy having chocolate in your diet, lots of diets out there will tell you to take the chocolate out altogether to lose weight, BUT, I say just be aware that 100g of chocolate is roughly 550-600 calories so you can still include it in your diet, just be aware that the food product is high in calories and have a smaller amount of chocolate each day so you can satisfy your hunger with more foods which are less calorie dense.
