This is some fanart for the absolutely stunning fic Answer to the Ocean’s Call by the amazing @bairdcrevan. It’s a pirate au and features high romance! Swashbuckling adventure! Old timey spaceships! Go read it! It’s amazing and you’ll be in for such a ride (do be aware thought that the fic is 18+)

I felt compelled to do a cover for it in the style of a classic romance novel to fit the tone of this story. In fact I used an old romance novel called ‘the pirate and the pagan’ was the inspiration for the poses.

RAAAX I love this so much you did an excellent job and it made me go re-read my own damn fic lol <3 

I think that is the best sort of compliment I could ask for on my art lol
