I first tasted this yummy feta cheese based dip in Egypt several years ago and have made it several times over the years, including last weekend when my family came for Mother’s Day. My last version was lumpy - but I prefer it smooth, like in the photo. So, texture is up to you! But the spread is a delicious blend of cheese and yogurt, stuffed with tomato and scallion.
