GWU Psychology Professor Fred A. Moss (1893-1966), best known as the creator of the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), posed precariously for this photograph accompanying a driving test he also designed. Dr. Moss intended applicants to indicate what was wrong in pictures like this. Even so, one might wonder at his willingness to pose for such a potentially dangerous shot– however briefly!
