My father had a stroke few months earlier and I was thinking about how much information I had acquired through my personal wellness journey. Information that could help prevent strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Up until that moment my clients were by word of mouth because I was waiting to be perfect to launch in a public way…perfect body, perfect website, perfect branding, more certifications. While I was literally fighting imposter syndrome people were looking for results, answers, and testimonials like my own ( reversing obesity, childhood hypertension, autoimmune disorder, pcos, and brain tumor under raps).
