Rest in honor, power and peace. George Floyd should be enjoying a sunny day in Minneapolis today, but Minneapolis Police have taken another community member. It is not enough the officers are fired, they must be charged, convicted and imprisoned. That too is not enough. The MPD must be disbanded. There can be no peace, no safety, no freedom until all police departments have been dissolved, their funding reallocated to the communities they have terrorized for centuries, their equipment destroyed, their buildings destroyed. A better world is needed, it is deserved. George Floyd deserved a better world, his memory deserves one too. (at Minneapolis, Minnesota)
