#yoga #love From abbey.yoga - First thing - this stretch feels unbelievable, slightly torturous if your IT bands are tight, but after it feel amazing! I have started adding this to the end of my practice before Savasana, the twist and stretch is unbeatable. Start with one foot on the mat, the opposite ankle comes above the knee. Let the raised foot come onto the floor letting the body twist. You may feel a stretch here. To intensify bring the foot and reclined leg closer to the head.
