I am right at 5 ½ months post-op. My left scar is almost perfect and my right scar has stretched quite a bit due to how much work requires me to reach for things.

My left pec muscle is also larger than my right so I guess I should work on that. My mental health hasn’t been the greatest recently so exercise has been on the back burner.

I’ve been a little more consistent with scar care and I’m starting to see a difference on my right side. I massage it in the shower with bar soap, use cocoa butter post shower, bio-oil in the middle of day, and mederma pm at night. It’s probably overkill but I wanna do whatever I can.

The stretch marks on both sides are AWFUL! You can only tell how bad they are when I have my arms raised. My skin was stretched really tight after surgery and reaching for things at work is probably the main cause of the stretch marks.

I am still really pleased with my results and it was probably the best $10,000 I’ve ever spent.
