First and foremost, I really want to thank Raymond Duran & A Shop Called Quest for supporting T.s. Claire & I on our ventures together both previously to the current book release and show and now.

It’s been a rough year, no question about it and the release of the TMRLWND book by not a cult media was a bittersweet moment - Tina and I started TMRLWND together as a fun project to do at home, in our downtime with one another. To see the book go from a homemade zine to a hardcover compendium, released internationally and shown at Art Basel has been incredible but to not have her to share those moments with has also been heart wrenching in a way words cant come close to describing - there hasn’t been a day since she passed last March that I haven’t thought of her and what I wouldn’t give to have her here. It is a difficult and lonely space to navigate, and while the phrase “ time heals ” has been spoken to me more times then I care to recall, the reality of it is the feelings and my nerves are just as raw and unsettled as they were on that early morning in March when we lost her.

Having said that, I have to thank a number of people - far too many to list, but all of you who have bought the book and who came to the show should know that I am really, really thankful and grateful to have you in my life. There have been a number of times where I have felt myself taxed beyond my limits and every time someone, be it a family member or a friend has put the effort forward to help me get back up and keep going.

The show will be up until this upcoming Sunday for those of you who missed it and the link below has the catalog of items for sale - I’m putting the money from the sales of the books and the art toward getting the teaser trailer for Tina’s documentary ( about her art and music ) put together for a crowd sourcing platform next year.
