Washed Up | Moonstone Beach | California. The San Simeon coastline is thick with kelp forests. The beaches along the California coastline often are covered in washed up kelp. I thought a lower perspective would give a unique line of site to the subject of the shot the rock shrouded in mist. I found, however, that by doing that the subject changed to the kelp itself.
