The straitjacket that doesn’t cover up the tits is in some configurations (by some brands) known as a “Bolero” jacket. While it makes sure the hands are kept out of the way and unable to interfere with other restraints or items in the room, it also exposes the tits in the most inviting way. It is like they say “grope us, she can’t resist”.

Being restrained with the tits exposed like this is a rather powerful mind trip, because of the feeling of helplessness and inability to cover them up.
