Due to recurring health problems I have not been not feeling 100% lately (meaning the last few month

Due to recurring health problems I have not been not feeling 100% lately (meaning the last few months). 

This week I had to have a new check up because the pain and was told I need to have blood work, electrocardiogram and x-ray, all these plus the meds and currently I don’t have healthcare provider.
