It is the 200th birthday of Florence Nightingale, which means it is ME/CFS/FM awareness day!  Florence Nightingale suffered from myalgic encephalomyelitis for 50 years. We remember her today for he great accomplishments.  We also recognize all those who suffer from chronic illness because of all they have to endure to make it through the day.
