Who or what controls your strings? Curious to hear what message or ideas you get from this image. These are some of the details of a pretty large drawing I completed back in 2018 titled “The Keepers”. Dimensions are 39 x 50 inches. I primarily used graphite but utilized some mixed media as well including charcoal, pan pastel, ashes, brake cleaner & maybe some whiskey.

Be warned, I’m gonna keep molesting you with hand drawings for the rest of the month but I’d like you to take part, too. I’ll be sharing some of my actual hand references and I’d like to invite YOU to share your visual interpretation of the material. I’ll share your images, drawings or whatever you’d like to make with the reference photos to my stories. Hope you enjoy.
