Amanda religiously went to the nail salon for a pedicure once a week, it was a must for her. She had beautiful natural toes, so they must be taken exceptional care of. She’d go their so many times the employees would know almost everything about her. Her favorite thing to do at the nail salon was to gossip, her favorite thing totally about was her mother-in-law, Manuela. She’d tell the other workers that Manuela was nothing but a brute, her feet were disgusting and stunk, she’s too old fashion, and expect too much from her and it was stressing her out. Amanda felt good releasing her stress, her pedicure looked as great as ever as she strolled happily home. But little did she know that the employees were friends of Manuela; matter of fact, work for Manuela, it was her salon but she rarely visits. So one of the women called Manuela to inform her about her disrespectful daughter-in-law. Manuela just laughed it off and ask when was Amanda’s next appointment. She also told them to move it to the latest time before the salon closed so she could handle “her”.

A week later, Amanda came in and was shocked to see that Manuela was there. “Oh, I didn’t know you came to my salon?” Manuela said sarcastically flashing her owner tag at Amanda. Amanda was feeling uneasy. “Don’t worry, come over here! I’ll do your pedicure for you. Matter of fact, I won’t charge you.” Amanda did not find Manuela’s new attitude toward her suspicious at all, she just excitedly sat down and enjoyed getting her pedicure. When Manuela was finished, it was past closing time and Amanda started to walk out. “I’m not done!” Manuela said. “I got something for you.” Manuela dug deep in her cleavage and took out some special nail polish, the colors were as if a rainbow collided with a galaxy; the colors also changed time to time. “It’s from my country, Venezuela,” Manuela added. Amanda promptly sat back down and eagerly awaited to see the polish on her toes. As soon as the last toe was painted, Amanda rapidly shrunk in front of her mother-in-law. Manuela sat where Amanda sat and plopped her feet down, trapping Amanda between them. “Why’d you do that?” Amanda said with tears in her eyes. Manuela cooed the poor tiny girl. “Awwww, did baby not like her pedicure?” Manuela teased before returning to her normal tone. “You said so much about me and my feet, you deserved to be taught a lesson.” Manuela snapped back. Manuela then rubbed her big toe all over Amanda’s face and nose, her feet smelled like rotten eggs, expired milk, and four hundred-year-old cheese. “Now from now on, you are going to be my new employee. Every day you’re going to lick our sandals and after work clean our work shoes. Then when we close up shop, you’re gonna work very hard on our feet. Clean them, lick them, kiss them, smell them, massage them, worship, praise, whatever the hell we want you to do. And when you do my feet, I want you to do all that and every time you smell my feet I want you to look up and say, ‘I’m sorry mamá for being so disrespectful and I love everything about your feet.’ And then you kiss my feet and repeat. Got it?” Amanda realized that she couldn’t do a thing about her situation, so she wiped her tears off and nodded. Manuela yelled out, “Come on ladies, it’s time to welcome our new employee!” The other women came out and sat in the other chairs laughing as they took their shoes off, flashing their toes back and forth. The nail salon smelled so bad that if hell had a scent, this would be the worst of them all. Amanda was nearly knocked unconscious by the toxic fumes, somehow she managed to stand. Manuela finally wanted Amanda to begin. “For today, I am first. So hurry up. Worship and smell my feet, now!” Manuela grinned. Amanda wanted to throw up as she stood in front of her mother-in-law’s putrid soles as she began to get to work. Manuela liked the idea of having a tiny clean the employees and her feet. Maybe she can have even more?

The next day, Manuela opened up the nail salon and made sure Amanda was in the employee room to clean their sandals while they changed into their work shoes; which she had too many too clean and had to remain there the whole day. Manuela loved the feeling of having a tiny person worship her feet. “Why not have more?” she thought to herself. She went back to the employee room, and took two plastic cups and filled them with water. She slippers of her shoes and socks, then she dipped her filthy socks into the clear water which it easily turned the water black. She called this Venezuelan tea, it was a Venezuelan drink made to shrink anyone but a Venezuelan woman. As she grabbed her beverages and headed out in the open, no customers were present. An hour passed before a customer came, Rosa. Rosa was Manuela’s favorite customer because they’ve been best friends since they were kids in their village, she’d always pay extra for no extra services, and that she’d always bring her grown son Alexandre along. One of the employees took Rosa in to give her a pedicure as Alexandre sat near his mother to wait for her. Manuela came to greet her best friend and her son with kisses before offering both of them the tea, in which both decided to have. As each one of them took their sips, Rosa replied, “Mmmm, delicioso! What kind of tea is this?” Manuela smiled. “Oh, it’s just Venezuelan tea. Thanks, it was so hard to make. I had to put my foot in it.” she said the last line sarcastically. But Alexandre had a different reaction to the tea, he didn’t like it at all because it tasted funny, like feet; but he didn’t want to be rude, so he drank it all to be polite. The employee was finished with Rosa’s pedicure and headed back to take her break. While Rosa admired her toes, Alexandre came over to give his mother a foot massage. He loved his mother’s feet although they smelled bad and sweated very easily. As Rosa closed her eyes enjoying each rub on her soles and toes, like lightning, Alexandre was shrunk to an inch right in front of his mother’s feet.

“Mom! Mom! Help I’m tiny!” Alexandre panicked. He did anything to get his mother’s attention. He punched, kicked, even bit one of his mother’s soles; but to her, it was just apart of the massage, so she ignored it. “Ay, I never knew you were this good sweetie. Keep going.” his mother moaned. Determined to get his mother’s attention, Alexandre began to climb up her foot. It was a very difficult climb, as he made his way up higher and higher up her foot. He had to fight off the fumes coming from his mother’s foot as she began to sweat making it more of a treacherous climb. Rosa thought her son was tickling her; so she wiggled and jerked her feet laughing loudly, the vibrations and movement nearly knocked Alexandre completely off as he held on to her foot for dear life. Manuela was walking by with a small tube of super glue to fix a broken bracelet when she saw her friend rosa dying with laughter. She sat in front of her friend’s foot to see what was wrong. “What’s the matter?” she asked. With her eyes still closed, “Alexandre is giving me the best foot massage.” Manuela looked and saw a tiny Alexandre climbing his mother’s foot, so she lifted him off and added a drop of super glue on his mother’s foot just below her second toe, and Manuela pressed the hands of tiny Alexandre on his mom’s foot; making it look like he was hanging there. Manuela left before Rosa opened her eyes, Rosa looked around to look for her son. “Alexandre? Where are you?” The woman who did her feet came out of the employee room. “Maybe he went back home.” Meanwhile, Alexandre was stuck with his nose deeply pressed into his mom’s foot; which each breath, he took on its foul fumes.

Rosa gave up on looking for Alexandre and decided to leave to head on home. She slipped into her slippers, unknowingly pressuring down hard on her child. And walked briskly out if the salon, each step seemed to press down harder and harder on Alexandre as his mother’s foot drench him in a pool of foot sweat, increasing the severity of the already foul scent her feet gave off. Throughout the day, Manuela continued to shrink people with her tea, she had so many that she gave them to each of her employees as a gift for there work. As they thanked her, Manuela’s sister, Consuela, suggested that she should make money out of her shrinking of people. Manuela loved the idea but didn’t know how, but her sister told her that she would handle it.

Manuela let her sister go handle business as she left and took tiny Amanda home with her between her toes so Consuela could close up shop; the two of them were starting to get along. When the salon closed up, Consuela went home and called to see if she could help her sister make a profit with her shrinking techniques. So Consuela called the very best resources she could, Jonah and Tammy Beasley. The Beasley’s were a wealthy duo from Tennessee who were the majority owners of every single nail salon in the country, including Manuela’s; and they were always looking for any way they could maximize their profits. So Consuela called to arrange a meeting with the both of them, however only Jonah could make it; Tammy was still in Tennessee. Rumors spread that Jonah had a history of cheating on his wife countless of times when she was not around, many say that if any woman shows him their bare feet; he’d melt into their favor. Jonah arrived at Consuela’s apartment moments later that night and sat down.

“Mr. Beasley, we have a new product to show you, and we wanted to know if you were interested.” Consuela showed him the very same bottle of Venezuelan nail polish that shrunk Amanda. Jonah took the bottle in his hand observing it closely. “It’s a mighty fine color toe thingy,” he said with his strong Tennessee accent. “But, I don’t think its goin’ make us cash. Where ya’ll get this shit from anyways?” Consuela slipped off one of her feet from her sandals and placed it on Jonah’s lap; it was painted the same color as the polish. “Does it matter? Just look at my feet. They’re beautiful, the polish makes them more beautiful. Trust me, the money will come.” Jonah roughly brushed her foot off and angrily slammed the bottle of polish on the table. “Are you fucking stupid!"Jonah shouted. "You think those rumors are true about me? Listen missy; I hate feet, my wife’s, and yours. They’re ugly, they smell, and are just plain disgusting. I’m only in this business cause that’s what all you stupid broads care 'bout, your nasty ugly feet. It’s stupid!” Consuela was not going to take his disrespect lightly. She simply pointed at him with one finger as his body began to shrink; her fingernails were also painted by the Venezuelan polish. At one centimeter where Jonah found himself on the floor, he tried to run and hide from further punishment. But he found himself right in front of Consuela’s sandals. “Going somewhere?” Consuela asked with a cruel grin as she lifted her bare foot. Jonah began to run, but Consuela simply took one small gentle step, crushing him and sat down to inspect her work.

Jonah was stuck to the bottom part of Consuela’s foot. Consuela’s phone rang and she went to answer it, it was Tammy. Tammy was a nice mature southern woman who loved feet, especially hers. Consuela told Tammy about the meeting she had with Jonah and the product she wanted to sell, she even told her about the tea. She told her the effects and what happened to her husband and she was intrigued. “You did that to him? That’s good for the 'lil bastard!” Tammy laughed. “I love the product, but I don’t wanna sell it, I got another plan. I’ll fly you and your sister to where I am and tell ya’ll.” The next day as the employees arrived, Manuela told them the salon would be closed and that the women had the day off because they had to meet with Tammy. “You girls can paint each other nails, play with Amanda, I don’t care. We’re off to Tennessee.” Manuela stated. The employees acknowledged what she said, grabbed some polish, set it down and lined up their bare feet in front of Amanda to paint them. The two sisters took a private jet to Tennessee. On takeoff, Consuela slipped her shoes off and removed Jonah off of her foot in front of Manuela and set him down in front of their shoes. Manuela looked at her sister and smiled as she took her shoes off as well. Each woman tortured Jonah, Manuela forced him to smell her feet while Consuela made him lick the dirt off her soles until the plane landed in Tennessee. 

Manuela and Consuela finally arrived in Tennessee. As the two women arrived at Tammy’s place, Manuela crushed Jonah under her sole and cleaned him off. They finally entered the house to meet with their potential business partner. “I’m interested in knowing how ya’ll gals do what ya’ll been doin’ shrinkin’ people and what not,” Tammy said as their meeting began. Consuela proudly showed Tammy the nail polish and showed her how to make the tea; as she did this, Manuela displayed the imprint Tammy’s husband left on her sole. After seeing all this, Tammy made an interesting proposal. “I got this for ya’ll, 'stead of sellin’ this stuff, listen to this. I’ll make ya’ll two co-owners and how about we just shrink us some customers instead?” This sounded preposterous at first, but eventually, it sounded good to both Manuela and Consuela; so they agreed. The two women left the meeting satisfied and even left the products in the hands of Tammy. And Tammy was gonna have some fun with the stuff she was given.

Tammy went to her nearby Nashville nail salon and it was extremely busy. Prom was coming up, so a lot of high schoolers came into the salon to get ready. But a lot of them were in such a hurry that they were very rude to Tammy’s employers. Tammy decided to call all her employees into her office. “I know these brats been given ya’ll a hard time now, but I got a solution to our problem.” She showed them the Venezuelan polish and tea. “Ladies, it’s time for a lil’ payback. Polish for the gals, tea for the gents; and you’ll see.” The employees did as their boss said and did the deeds of giving out tea and putting on the polish. Moments later, all the customers began to shrink and found themselves centimeters in height on the floor as Tammy stood over them laughing thunderously. “See? I told ya’ll we’d get a lil’ payback!”

The customers were very frightened at their predicament, but one girl decided to be bold. She went up in front of Tammy’s feet and shouted at the gigantic woman. “How can you do this to us, you crazy old bitch!” Without hesitation, Tammy slipped off her right foot from her shoe and gently stomped on the girl. Her boyfriend took exception to that, but Tammy did the same and stomped on him; this time with her left foot. Tammy then grabbed a chair to rest her feet and to display her victims that were still alive, stuck to her soles. “I hope ya’ll learned a lesson and enjoy the smell of my pure Tennesseean feet.” Tammy bragged as she watched her victims struggle on her soles. “Now for the test of ya’ll lil’ ones, ya’ll gave me and my girls a hard time. So I think ya’ll owe us some good foot massages or do ya’ll want to end up like these two on the bottom of my Tennessee feet?” The customers groaned as they lined up at Tammy’s feet. They were also forced to worship the other employee’s feet as well. Tammy relished this moment as the rude customers lined up to tend to her feet.

From that point on, many people were shrunk and becoming foot slaves at local nail salons. Manuela and Consuela became very rich but shared the wealth with their co-workers. Manuela even started being nice to her daughter-in-law. There was also a large immigration of Venezuelan women, after all, they couldn’t be shrunk and now were the most powerful in America. As for Tammy, she shared her wealth with Manuela and Consuela; she knew it was best for her to give them anything or she’d end up shrunken as well. But the Asian nail salons had noticed what was done, but the Venezuelan remedies didn’t affect them. So they decided to make their own methods…
