#Sleep has always been hard for me. I never feel rested but it takes me hours to fall asleep. I just lie there in the darkness. I’ll feel myself drifting off and WHAM I slam back to wakefulness. Ever since I was little.

I don’t think I realised this wasn’t normal until I met my husband who can literally fall into a deep, restful, sleep midsentence.
