The best tip I can give you is to not forget about traditional work, I mostly use techniques that are from traditional media, then i just emulate that into digital. And don’t worry too much about getting the fanciest/expensive gadgets, just get something that has a decent quality and experiment A LOT. A good way to get inspired is to do master studies of your favorite digital pieces, try to analyze and emulate the artists techniques. Hope it helps ✌️
