A. airway obstruction
T. tension pneumothorax
O. open pneumothorax
M. massive haemothorax
I. intercostal disruption - i.e. flail chest where a set of ribs have detached and are floating free in the chest. An indicator of severe chest trauma. 
C. cardiac tamponade
