One of my favorite Sailor Moon villains, Catzi, for Fanartica’s Sailor Moon theme. Girl rocked that tutu and Rubeus was total dick to her, screw that guy. But turned out she had good in her all along.

Once this theme was announced I kept thinking of all the obscure baddies I could draw from the show and manga…is that so wrong?
