He’s worked out hard in the gym, training to be his best. He’s taken care of his body in the kitchen making sure that is nutrition is on point and meeting his needs without too much extra. No less than 7 hours of sleep a night means his muscles have enough time to heal, repair and grown while his mind is able to de-stress. And most of all he remembers why he’d doing this. He remembers his Owner who believed, befriended and liked him before he was fit. Who said he could turn his life around and become someone better and then helped him do it. He remembers the man he loves and he knows loves him too.
