So happy with my current figure. Took few pics after yesterdays leg session and I just felt happy, after so many years it feels so amazing to feel good in your own skin. If you check the other pics you see me roughly 10 yrs ago, roughly 10 kilos lighter. Was I happy? No. I wish I hadn’t spent so many years hating my body, punishing it, torturing it, destroying it, starving it, when I could have loved it and nourished it with good food and challenged it with exercising. Right now, I am happy with my body, I nourish it with good food, and exercise. Right now, I am on a right track, happy where I am and excited where I am going, satisfied but not settling, chasing those goals. Even tho’ I have emphysema, I won’t let it stop me, I keep going, challenging myself, everyday.
Instead of hating your body, love it, it gets you further. Hope you guys have awesome Saturday! ✌
