When those skinny jeans fit you just perfect. Just some Monday motivation (to myself at least). Don’t forget to check the other pics At the moment I am standing tall and proud of myself, looking back and seeing how far I’ve come from that fragile anorexic girl. Last time, when weighed this much was over 10-11 yrs ago. I got sick with anorexia when I was 19, the second pic shows you when it was getting quite bad. My skinny jeans wouldn’t fit me, I wasn’t able to strangle them to stay up even with a belt since there was no room for new holes in the belt. After 4-5 yrs, I eventually got a bit better, but the ghost of anorexia was there and I was trying to be overly healthy and over analyzing everything I ate, staying a little under weight (last pic). I rarely post pictures from that time cause it makes me sad and it me makes me feel sick. But I figured, today I could do that. Today, I could look back and see how far I’ve come. See how much work and effort I’ve put to be where I am now: happy, feeling good, fit, in balance both mentally and physically, and stronger than ever. It is a long, rock road. It is a battle, it still is. Stay motivated and keep working for yourself, it pays off in the end. Happy Monday guys ✌❤
