“I was left alone, back stabbed, then left with almost nothing. What was I supposed to do? I had to do something, so I  took it. Every night it was the same thing. Doing this ‘job’, head to  my so-called home, wallow in my shame, and sleep. It was all I could do. I was nobody. I had to do whatever I could to survive.”
