While there were a lot of details that I really liked about the original design for Dragoon Mercy, I could not get past the face-mask. It ruined the silhouette of her head, and after a friend of mine sent a screenshot of a model edit to me, I felt compelled to create an illustration depicting how I would have preferred her headwear to have been designed.
