I should point out that it’s not actually a font, proper, just bits cut and pasted from Comic Sans to form the tengwar forms. I’m not sure it’s entirely successful–it looks to me like tengwar just hand-drawn with a Sharpie and doesn’t quite have that indefinable Comic Sans je-ne-sais-quoi, but I could be wrong.

The letter sound meanings are the Quenya ones, and the words of the letters are spelled in the Quenya manner. I hope I spelled everything correctly. Incidentally you can’t spell ‘silmë’ and use a proper silmë letter in Quenya!
