The Omen of Embers. The beast is constantly in movement. Wherever its feet touch the ground, a wildfire starts. Its coming is dreaded. But the fire behind it burns the old to give fuel for the new. No one in living memory has ever caught the fidgety beast.

So, with the reveal of Pokemon’s 9th Generation, the fire starter Fuecoco may have debunked a long-standing theory. The theory is that every fire starter correlates to one animal from the Chinese Zodiac. Unless the little crocodile pepper undergoes some major changes, the theory may be moot. So, in lieu of this, I wanted to do something similar. Not pokemon exactly, but a fire-themed design for each of the zodiac beasts. Join along if you want!
