Sorry for the lack of posts lately!
I’ve been so busy with the move and getting settled and we’ll as you can see, I have a baby!

Meet Jixxy

He’s been taking up most of my time and my new yoga spot in the new place has not been set up yet but hopefully tonight it will be!

I’m teaching tonight at Anytime Fitness in Brampton at 830pm so I’ll see you guys there!
