tbh was super proud to see that SPOP stuck it to all the twerps out there who whip out the “gay parents mean gay children” bullshit whenever they are in the presence of a same-sex couple

she ra said no to that ish. bow ends up with a girl- glimmer- his best friend- not because he’s necessarily straight- just because thats who he fell in love with! his sexuality doesnt matter- it’s left ambiguous for a reason, and it’s not determined by the fact that he has two dads either. :)

really, it’s a smaller detail in comparison to all the other groundbreaking aspects of this show- but it made me happy, and i think it should be brought to light.
