It’s been a few years now since My Aussie pet came to visit, and we stopped in the tulip field

It’s been a few years now since My Aussie pet came to visit, and we stopped in the tulip fields on the way to the mountains.  I think about him now and then, when I see something like this which reminds Me of a sweet moment we shared.  he loves the outdoors, and he marveled at the new strange creatures he encountered, like squirrels, as much as I would do had I seen a kangaroo in the wild.  We could have had something special.  Hell, we DID have something special.  But it was fleeting, less than a year long.
